Description : Israel Laboratory Accreditation Authority is a body in the public sector which is headed by the Board. Board members are representatives of government and industry who are selected by the Ministry of Economy and Ministry of Finance . General Manager is subject to the decisions of the Board regarding approval of yearly budget and reviews. The General Manager may be assisted by the Policy Advisory Committee, which meets about 3 times a year . When necessary, periodically convenes a Technical Committee which according to its review assists in editing standards to adjust to current regulator demands. The General Manager manages the Finance Deputy General Manager, Legal Advisor and the Accreditation Deputy General Manager and Quality Manager . Accreditation Deputy General Manager runs the divisions' heads. We have six divisions: Food and Health, Technology and Infrastructure, GLP and environment, Medicine, Engineering, Calibration.
